Providing written or spoken advisory by the Company regarding Labour Law, Collective Labour Law, Social Security Regulations and Ministry of Labour and Social Security and Social Security Institution(SGK) Implementations upon written or spoken request.
To render consultancy service for the collective bargaining process, bargaining strategy and preparation to the collective labour agreements that will be done with Labour Unions.
To submit the report that will be prepared through an auditing process to be accomplished in accordance with labour law and social security regulations on work place registration, personnel files and regulations, procedures, agreements, documents and other files that are used by the Company
To give circular service related to legislative amendments and current affairs on Ministry of Labour and Social Security and Social Security Institution (SGK) processes, Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Law (no.5510) and other labour law and social security regulation issues.
Declaration of minimum workmanship, obtaining unemployment document and providing consultancy service during the minimum workmanship conciliation and objection period on tender and construction businesses
To prepare salary imbursement payrolls which indicate income, overtime allowance, premium and other payments and legal withholding and net payment per person
Human Resources System Implementation, auditing, reporting. To form job definitions. To prepare regulations and instructions in accordance with the Company Policies.
To make risk analyzes of occupational accidents and professional diseases and to determine analyze and reporting systems.
Rendering individual and institutional educations on Labour Law, Social Security, Human Resources, Labour and Social Security implementations and Labour Law and Security issues.
To obtain work permit, residence permit, residence for work permit, to floow related periods and to make required declarations on time. |
